Your Agreement:

Once you will make with FlightsPedia (UK) you will receive a flight confirmation to make sure all arrangements as per you described. We are responsible to send Receipt when payment will be made against your booking. All fares updated on regularly basis to make sure quality and reliability of FlightsPedia(UK) name but all are subject of availability. FlightsPedia (UK) is performing as arbitrator for the third party suppliers like as airlines, hotels, insurance and car rental companies, package holiday suppliers and others (Travel Supplier). FlightsPedia (UK) always recommends to our lovely customer to take our Travel Insurance Policy to overcome any incident which is beyond our and our supplier’s control.
Travel expert Supplier Conditions:
That applies to all our products & services which is going to book on or via our Site: The Travel Expert Supplier’s Booking Conditions (Airline or Any Carriage) will apply. The Travel Expert Supplier’s Booking Conditions may include prerequisite relating to payment procedures, liability, cancellations, changes of bookings and refunds. You have a responsibility for complying with any of airline or other Travel Expert Supplier conditions in relation to check-in times, Terminals, Departure and Arrival of Airports and reconfirmation of issued flights.
Flights Booking Conditions:
Furthermore, please note that in relation to book air fares there are additional and deep specification required to explain as a terms. Such as, ‘economy restricted’ or ‘economy discounted’ tickets are normally non- changeable and non-refundable and based on short span of time. Flights arrangements must be used in the order set out in your E-ticket itinerary – e.g. To utilize the complete ticket you must use outbound flight or failure to use the outbound flight not allow to use rest of the ticket. Keep in touch with your travel expert to make sure check-in times but minimum check-in time is 120 minutes prior to departure for international flights and 90 minutes for domestic flights. To avoid any inconvenience you are requested to reconfirm your return flight booking at least 72 hours before travel. Because airline reserve right to make any changes into confirmed booking to maintain security or overcome any internal issues. On this matter we are available for any assistance but due to any loss FlightsPedia (UK) is not responsible.

Changes and cancellation:
To make changes on E-ticket or if you are looking to cancel your tickets, you are requested to call before 48 hours prior departure. Economy or Discounted tickets are not changeable if no show or same day travelling.

Payment delays:
Payment for complete package (Ticket, Hotel or any other product) required on time of Booking to finalize issuance of E-ticket.

Advance Passenger Information is required from passengers before travel to or from any country. You agree to supply this information to FlightsPedia(UK) to update into tickets to disclose towards airline check-in.

FlightsPedia(UK) is ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, All booking made with us are under Atol number, which is prominent on our website. That can send after issuance of Ticket.
Unless otherwise stated, FlightsPedia Uk and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on FlightsPedia. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from FlightsPedia for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
